We just had one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen for a while, but I decided to take a pic of my cacti on the balcony instead. This image is completely unedited.

Who's still managing to weave some gardening into their lives? This rose, flowering in deep winter, is cause for optimism. Oh and I've got kittens too! Click #SixonSaturday for the exploits of more gardeners. https://t.co/ig1eYFqFSm

Rosebud Pelargoniums make spectacularly beautiful pot plants, especially if they’re allowed to mature. This is β€˜Grainger’s Antique Rose’ https://t.co/JgaHfk2RfH

Did you know..? The bark from a cork oak (Quercus suber) can be stripped every ten years for harvesting. This is possible because the tree can regenerate its spongy bark and can be stripped on a regular cycle, until it's around 200 years old, without any harm to the tree. https://t.co/BUjZ667FYd
