Two years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and a few of the issues I have been dealing as a result include hair loss, dry skin, and acne. So I am excited to partner with ancientnutrition to start to combat some of these with their Multi Collagen Protein now available target. (Ad) I usually add it to my coffee or make it super fancy and put a scoop in my gluten free oatmeal and top it with some fresh fruit. Cheers to better skin and hair health! Have you tried collagen? How do you usually add extra collagen to your diet?

I loved our conversation in the comments of yesterday’s post. I find it so interesting to hear your thoughts on my house and how you feel about your own, particularly when it comes to size and how it effects your day to day. Here are a few takeaways from that convo. 1. comparison is the thief of joy. It’s hard not to see beautiful homes everywhere online these days. Even if you’re not looking for them! I’m going to try to follow more accounts with homes like mine to get inspiration I feel is achievable in our house. 2. Kids immediately make you home feel smaller. They take over and there’s no stopping them! 3. Big isn’t always better. Just think about all that extra cleaning! 😂 On that note who’s up for a game of would you rather? Would you rather have a big house and have to clean it everyday, or a small house and never have to clean it? (magical self cleaning house here✨)
